Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges: Accepted only for missing/damaged items, product mismatches, or clothing size issues (size issues get exchange only, no refund). Claims must be raised within 48 hours via email with photos, items unused/unwashed with tags intact; process takes 10-15 days.

Refunds: Full refund or gift card issued after verification; first return/exchange is free, subsequent exchanges (max 2 per order) or gift-card orders incur a Rs.199 shipping fee. Gift cards valid for 1 year; shipping/gift service fees are non-refundable.

Sale items: Discounted or promo-code purchases can only be exchanged (not returned), with a mandatory Rs.199 return shipping fee; no returns accepted on sale merchandise at all.

Cancellations: Accepted via email within 12 hours of placing the order, with refund or store credit as preference; refunds close in 5-7 working days. Customers with more than 3 returns in a financial year may be denied future return requests.

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery: Orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt; delivery takes 3-15 days depending on distance (Standard: 3-12 days, Express: 2-6 days), with WhatsApp updates along the way. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Non-Delivery: Delivery partner makes three attempts at the given address; if all fail, the item returns to Saha's facility and a partial refund (minus return shipping cost) is issued as a Saha Gift Card, valid for 1 year.

Damage in Transit: If the item is damaged from repeated delivery attempts, the customer is notified via email and an additional deduction is made from the Gift Card refund amount.
