Saha Exchange and Return Policy
We, at Saha, take great care in delivering our products to our customers. We offer returns/exchanges of our products under the following conditions:
(a) An item from our packaging is missing or damaged, in case of which both return and exchange can be facilitated
(b) The product does not match the item in the Order Confirmation, in case of which both return and exchange can be facilitated.
(c) In case of a size issue for clothing, we will be happy to exchange but not return or refund.
We request our customers to review and verify the product details before placing the final order for a hassle-free experience.
For processing a return/ refund/ exchange, please keep the packaging intact with all the labels, tags and brochures.

Missing/ Damaged/ Product Mismatch Policy
In case, an item is missing or damaged or does not match the Order Confirmation, the claim will be investigated.
Based on the investigation, we shall either reject or accept the claim. You will be intimated of the outcome of our investigation via email.
On acceptance, a reverse pick-up will be arranged from your shipping address free of cost.

Exchange and Return Process
The following steps must be followed and taken into account while applying for a return/ refund/exchange.
- Please raise the claim within 48 hours of receipt of the item by sending an email to info@discoversaha.com with your Order No. and your preference between exchange or refund.
- Please share photographs of the item in the claim for faster redress.
- Please preserve the product in its original packaging for proper care and protection.
- Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact.
- Items must not be washed, used, stained, or damaged by the customer in any way before raising a claim request.
- Items returned, after being verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or refund, depending on the requirement of the customer and availability of items.
- 10-15 days are, typically, required to complete a return/ exchange request.
Refund Policy
- A Gift Card or refund to original payment account is issued for the full amount against all returns after the necessary due diligence.
- There are no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests for the first-time exchange or return of an item bought by not using a gift card.
- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs.199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests for a particular order(maximum two exchanges allowed per order in total) or orders placed using a gift card.
- Gift card is valid for a 1-year-period from the date of issue.
- Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
Sale or Discounted Policy
- Discounted products, eligible for return/exchange, can be exchanged (not returned) only under the above conditions at a chargeable return shipping fee of Rs 199 (clothing exchange applicable only if the requested size is in stock).
- We cannot accept returns on any sale merchandise.
- Applies to discounted or on-sale products, or bought through an offer or promotional code.
Cancellation Policy
- We accept cancellations through a claim put on our email info@discoversaha.com against full refunds or store credit, as per your preference, within 12 hours of placing your order.
- We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after 12 hours.
- Refunds are closed within 5-7 working days from the date of request.
Disclaimer: Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of frequent returns from them (> 3 returns in a financial year).
